Why Instagram removes your line breaks

When you post a caption, Instagram trims empty lines and spaces at the start of a line. Paragraphs that looked neat in your notes app turn into one dense block of text.

This tool replaces each empty line, and each leading space, with an invisible blank character (U+2800). Instagram treats it as real text, so it keeps it, but it looks like empty space.

How to use it

1. Write or paste your caption in the first box, with the spacing you want.
2. Press Copy caption.
3. Paste it into Instagram. Your blank lines will stay in place.

Instagram caption limits

• Captions can be up to 2,200 characters.
• You can use up to 30 hashtags per post.
• Only the first 125 characters or so show before “more”, so put your hook first.
