How to download Instagram stories

  1. Enter the username of a public account.
  2. Press View to load their active stories.
  3. Press Download under any story to save it. Videos save as MP4 and photos as JPG.

Saving on iPhone and Android

On iPhone, the file goes to the Files app (Downloads). Open it and tap Share, then Save Video or Save Image to add it to Photos. On Android, it goes straight to your Downloads folder and appears in the gallery.
